Returns

To return a good by mail or courier, please follow the following procedure:

Please ensure the hive is complete and undamaged, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Please book a suitable service for the size and weight of the hive and let us have any tracking information so that we know when to expect the delivery. We suggest you select a service which provides proof of delivery, either signature or photograph or both. Once received, we will unpack and inspect the hive and issue a refund the cost of the hive. Please note the cost of return shipping cannot be refunded.

Returns can be made in person at the following location: 63 Baddow Hall Crescent, Chelmsford, CM2 7BX.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
